The Snowmobiler's Traveling Guide: Handy and even better!

Last fall, Mr Léo Lalancette proudly presented to us the 5th edition of his wonderful Snowmobiler’s Traveling Guide.  True information source for the snowmobiler who travels in the Province of Québec on his sled, this book is a necessary resource that will save you hours and hours of research when planning your next expedition.

This new edition of Mr Lalancette’s guide has been completely done up and is now offered in colors.  The format is a little larger than previous editions and yet, it is easy to place it in our duffle bag.  One of the improvements that please me the most is the addition of tabs that allow us to quickly find a region in this guide of more than 210 pages.

Concerning the content, for each region we find the list of snowmobile clubs, the lodging services, the dealers, a distance chart, the main attractions and some itinerary propositions.  In the new edition, the map of the region has also been added.  Moreover, the information tables have been updated and are much easier to consult.

An item that will interest many snowmobilers-travelers is the addition of the Baie James area in the guide.

Of course, the guide still offers many additional information such as emergency phone numbers, hospitals numbers, and a wide range of practical advices.

As a good wine, the Snowmobiler’s Traveling Guide is getting better with age and your Web Magazine SledMagazine.com does not hesitate to recommend it to you…  It is a resource that you will no longer want to miss!
