Dustin Vandrie claims CSRA Semi-Pro Championship
OTSFF Racing/Arctic Cat`s Dustin Vandrie completed a successful season of CSRA Snowcross racing by nailing down the overall 2009/2010 Semi-Pro Snowcross Championship. He accomplished the feat with a comfortable margin of 25 points over Dylan Hall, runner-up in the Open Mod division, and 253 points in Stock, 24 less than first place Sean Macaulay.

Polaris Announces Profit-Sharing for 28th Consecutive Year
Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE: PII) announced today it is continuing a 28 year annual tradition of profit-sharing with its employees. The Company will distribute today nearly $10 million of its profits from the 2009 calendar year among approximately 2,200 hourly and non-salaried Polaris employees. On average, each of these employees will receive nearly 15 percent of their annual pay base. In addition, Polaris will distribute profit-sharing payments to each of its fulltime salaried employees today as well.

Hayden rules at Quick Draw ISOC Canadian Nationals in Sarnia
Things unfolded nicely with a Pro Open win for Team Monster Energy-Yamaha-OTSFF Racing's Ian Hayden at the ISOC Amsoil® Snocross Championship Series Quick Draw Canadian Nationals in Sarnia, Ontario this past weekend. In addition to campaigning the Quick Draw National, which counts towards the CSRA Canadian National Championship, Hayden also rode Round 7 of the ISOC National Series. Despite some problems with his goggles, he still pulled a noteworthy top-10 finish out of his sleeve in that division.

Cain's Quest Snowmobile Race has been postponed until March 2011.
Current weather patterns have had a major impact on accessibility along the 2010 race route. Temperatures have been uncharacteristically warm all across Labrador and as a result current ice conditions are not allowing the event to proceed as planned. Cain's Quest was slated for March 13th, 2010 and organizers have been keeping a close eye on the effects that the warm weather systems have had on the predetermined race route with safety being the primary concern.

The Olympic Flame Relay
Did you know that? On the occasion of the 1988 Canadian Winter Olympic Games, held in Calgary, Alberta, the Olympic Flame was carried on 18 000 km throughout Canada and 2 800 km of the distance was done by snowmobile, from Shanty Bay, Ontario, to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - a first in the history of the Games!

If there were any doubt about who would win the ESPN Winter X Games Snocross final in Aspen, Colo., Tucker Hibbert set the record straight with his fourth-straight gold medal performance in the sport's most visible event. Racing his Team Arctic/Monster Energy Arctic Cat Sno Pro 600, Hibbert turned the 20-lap final into his personal tour de force, winning by 28 seconds over second place.
